Belleayre Mountain was the perfect backdrop for Kidstock, hosted by Uncle Rock and featuring performers from Paul Green's School of Rock this past Sunday. The day, which included a visit and book signing by Michael Lang (pictured above), co-producer of the 1969 Woodstock Festival, benefited Snuffy's Food Pantry initiative, which provides food for animals in shelters.
Family music guru Uncle Rock kicked off activities with a set that featured original songs that "combine the heart of Pete Seeger with the upbeat rhythms of the Beatles, James Brown, and the Ramones."
The day featured a kid’s fashion show, vendor booths, food donations for Snuffy's Food Pantry and a performance by the famed School of Rock All-stars, as well as other activities. The shop had a booth at the event, too.
