You may return any new item for store credit only within 30 days of purchase with original store receipt. There are no refunds or credits for used items or consignment items.

A 50% deposit is required on special orders over $50.00. Orders must be picked up within 45 days after the item(s) arrive, or deposits will be forfeited; and the item(s) will be placed on sale to the general public. 

A minimum one-third deposit is required to keep an item "on hold" for a maximum of 45 days layaway. If the item is not paid for in full within 45 days, the deposit will be forfeited; and the item will be taken off layaway.

There is a $10.00 fee for re-stringing instruments, which includes a "clean & polish."  Instruments left for re-stringing must be picked up within 7 days, or a fee of $1.00 per day will be charged. 

Virtually any item in the store (or special order) can be shipped in the U.S. at an additional charge. All items shipped to a New York State address will be charged NYS Sales Tax.

You are welcome to play any instrument, but please handle carefully. You will be responsible for damage.
